Key Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Providing secretarial and administrative support to the Managing Director.
  • Answering and forwarding phone calls.
  • Preparation of applications to the Cyprus Registrar of Companies.
  • Opening bank accounts.
  • Dealing with KYC matters in accordance with the local regulations and the firm's internal control policies.
  • Liaising with the clients for the day-to-day transactions/requests.
  • Assist the office in any other administrative work on a daily basis.
Key Skills/Experience:
  • Diploma in Secretarial studies, Office administration or other related field.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role in a corporate services provider, law or audit firm.
  • Excellent command of Greek and English language, both written and oral.
  • Excellent computer literate.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
