Our client, a maritime transportation provider with a high reputation in service, quality and efficiency is looking to hire an Office Administrator for the Nicosia offices.


  • Typing, preparing, filing the documents and forms
  • Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
  • Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
  • Maintaining archive of documents
  • Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned
  • Liaising with relevant organizations and authorities.
  • Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate
  • Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Make travel arrangements for executives
  • Monitor office supplies
  • Other general office duties


  • Proven experience as secretary or similar administrative role
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
  • Integrity and confidentiality
  • Fluent in English and Greek

Compensation Package: Competitive remuneration package including 13th salary and benefits package will be offered to the successful candidates according to qualifications and experience.
