Key Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Entering trading conditions for clients on our trading platforms.
  • Monitoring and analyzing trades and pricing.
  • Liaising with technical departments whenever necessary.
  • Trade surveillance to prevent market and brokerage abuse.
  • Providing reports to Senior Management and other brokerage departments.
  • Assist clients with queries regarding trading and platform use.
  • Testing new setups, new products, features, and sign offs.
  • Apply controlled changes with change management to the systems.
  • Log into systems and servers to perform checks.
  • Supporting the trading platforms and resolving issues or escalating as necessary.
Key Skills/Experience:
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Should have a good understanding in regard to financial market and FX, Indices, Futures and CFD’s terminology.
  • Understands how profit/loss calculation on the trading instruments including FX, Metals, CFD’s, Futures and Cash indices.
  • Has basic FIX protocol knowledge and can investigate trades issues from FIX logs.
  • Good mathematical skills.
  • Problem solver, know how to identify issues, propose a solution and ability to implement.
  • Team player.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work on a 24/5 shift rotation.
  • Meta Trader administration prior knowledge will be considered as an advantage.
