Key Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate duties for all maintenance needs related to the designated property.
  • Regular coordination of maintenance or assistance when applicable of private residences.
  • Organizing visits for troubleshooting maintenance problems to identify issues and necessary repairs.
  • Point of contact for after hours’ calls and emergencies.
  • Assist with access cards, communicate and coordinate with security companies.
  • Perform other related duties as directed.
Key Skills/Experience:
  • Previous experience in a similar position is essential.
  • Excellent English skills.
  • Very good computer skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, establish priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional organization and tracking skills.
  • Ability to function efficiently in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Complete tasks from start to finish in a quality manner, on time, within budget.
  • Ability to gather information, analyze it, seek input and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
  • High attention to details.
