A well-established CySEC regulated Forex company with global operations, is currently working with GRS to recruit a Personal Assistant to the Board of Directors to join their dynamic team in Limassol.  The successful candidate must have previous experience in an administrative role and must be fluent in both Greek and English.  If you are looking for a challenging opportunity to join one of the most reputable Forex companies in Cyprus, we are looking forward to receiving your application for this Limassol based PA to the Board of Directors role.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work alongside the PA to the Directors in order to provide any assistance and support to the Directors in Cyprus
  • Be responsible for scheduling meetings, conferences and appointments for the Directors
  • Assist the Directors in their personal tasks when requested
  • Work alongside the HR Department to prepare any work permits or renewals of visas when needed
  • Prepare the monthly expenses for the Directors
  • Arrange any travel tickets and accommodation for the Directors
  • Support the Directors in any projects, proposal or any other coordination that might arise
  • Redirect any calls addressed to the relevant Director
  • Safekeeping of confidential documents and maintaining complete filing system
  • Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority
  • Execute Administration duties as requested

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • University degree in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, Management or any other relevant field
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is a must
  • At least 2+ years’ experience as a Personal Assistant will be considered as a major advantage
  • Fluency in Greek and English
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office package
  • Motivated, committed and disciplined
