Job Description

Our client is a Service Provider based in Limassol and they are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join their growing team. An Ideal Candidate will have experience in a similar role and knowledge of employment/labor laws.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
  • Conduct employee on-boarding
  • Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation etc. and resolve issues and problems
  • Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
  • Handle employees visa procedure with Migration department
  • Employee evaluation and surveys
  • Support to payroll


  • Minimum 2 years of experience
  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
  • Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Aptitude in problem-solving
  • Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach
  • BSc/BA in Business administration or relevant field
