On behalf of our client, one of the world’s largest financial services companies, GRS are seeking a Tax Operations Analyst to join their rapidly expanding Limassol operation. The successful candidate will be a qualified Accountant with a minimum of 3 years’ post qualified experience in Tax advisory. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for Tax Withholding and Reporting Compliance functions across Group and multiple Tax regulation regimes: CRS, FATCA, QI (QDD).
  • Ensure compliance with IRS related to US tax withholding, reporting, and filing obligations across company legal entities.
  • Prepare and submit report for CRS and FATCA regulations across company Legal entities.
  • Extensive interaction with internal stakeholders in both the Business Units (Finance), BI, Compliance team and Outsourced vendors.
  • Facilitate calculating of the taxable Income for IRS purposes.
  • Assisting with vendor's integration for CRS purposes reporting.
  • Managing vendor's work on populated reports data validation and conversion.
  • Tax Authorities portals reporting files submission - managing failures and adjustments.
  • Managing LPs portals for Tax reporting purposes: submitting and collecting forms with LPs for each entity.

CANDIDATEPROFILE

  • University degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • Qualified Accountant
  • A minimum of 3 years of similar experience in a Tax advisory role.
  • Fluency in English - additional languages will be considered as an advantage.
  • Good communication skills and ability to interact with several departments.
  • Ability to operate across functional areas; including operations, technology, risk, and tax.
  • Organized and detail oriented.
  • Ability to operate in the fluid environment with tight deadlines.
