On behalf of our Client, a fast expanding legal and corporate service provider in Nicosia, GRS are seeking for an experienced Personal Assistant. The successful candidate must be able to handle demanding and challenging tasks as instructed by the CEO.   • Performing a variety of administrative office support activities. 
  • Assisting the CEO in the management of his everyday affairs.
  • Assisting with tasks associated with the administration of cases.
  • Dealing with document management (typing, copying, scanning etc.).
  • Handling incoming calls and routing them appropriately.


  • Academic Degree (University or College) will be considered an advantage. 
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience as a legal secretary and or shorthand skills will be considered an advantage.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications. 
  • Strong organisational and management skills.
  • Integrity and Professionalism. 
  • Excellent knowledge of Greek and English Languages (both written and spoken).
  • Driving Licence.
