Our client, a well-established Investment (Cysec regulated) firm with operations in more than one country, is looking to employ an HR Professional to lead their HR department and team.

Reporting to the company’s top management and the HR VP, the job holder will have the full responsibility of the HR function ensuring that the company hires and retains high quality professionals. More specific, the job holder’s main responsibilities along with his/her team will focus on the following HR fields:

Recruitment selection. The company recruits all level of professionals of all functions, for the Cyprus office.Induction Process. The job holder will ensure that all new employees go through the proper induction program acquiring all necessary information for the company’s vision, strategy and business modelLearning and Development Initiatives. The job holder will ensure that all employees go through their pre-set learning paths. Furthermore, he/she must ensure that all training needs are accurately identified and addressedCompensation and Benefits. The job holder must monitor all compensation elements and benefits offered by the company and propose valuable changes as per the market level and the individual performance of each staff memberPerformance Monitoring and coaching. The job holder will contribute significantly to improvement of staff members and Line Managers performance though continues feedback and coachingPolicies and procedures. The job holder must ensure the maintenance and proper implementation of the company’s existing HR policies and procedures and proposed improvements and/or additions where necessary

The Individual:

Acquiring a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour or in any other related fieldAt least 5 years’ experience in the HR field in supervisory or managerial position. Experience in the Investment industry will be considered as an advantage.Excellent business acumen and Strategic thinkingVery strong interpersonal and coaching skillsExcellent knowledge of the Greek and English languageGood analytical skillsGood communicational skills
