On behalf of our client, an expanding Financial Technology company, GRS are currently seeking to recruit a Client On-boarding Officer to join their team in Limassol. The successful candidate will implement & update the system for new clients and facilitate the introduction of new functionalities and reports to their existing clients. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Understanding clients’ requirements and delivering solutions to facilitate business requirements and specifications.
  • Maintain and update the on boarding processes.
  • Ensure timely delivery of products, services and enhancement to the client.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
  • Deliver end-user training to clients, which may include technical personnel, senior executives and administrative staff.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed project plans, status reports.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a relevant field.
  • Engineering background and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Able to set priorities and manage clients’ expectations.
  • Financial knowledge would be considered an advantage.
  • Strong project management skills required.
  • Fluent in English language at a professional level.
  • Excellent time management, organization, and planning skills are essential.
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills are required.
