We are looking for an Associate Product Marketing Manager for West, who is ready to launch a new title, drive operational marking and execute great campaigns and initiatives at key territories - North America, Canada, Germany, the United Kingdom, France to maximize our business in the regions.

The position is based in Nicosia, Cyprus, a fast-growing IT start-ups’ hub in Europe.

 World of Warships: Legends is a new free-to-play Wargaming title due for release on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in early 2019. A massively multiplayer naval action game designed and refined for the console experience, Legends thrusts players into a world of large-scale sea battles with mighty warships from the first half of the twentieth century. Players can fight thrilling battles, and rage across the oceans of the world to claim victory against teams comprised of legendary commanders from the golden age of naval warfare.

 Marketing Director,  World of Warships: Legends

 

What will you do?

  • Provide support in planning and drive execution of marketing brand and acquisition campaigns from message creation, media planning to variety of briefs development of assets production

  • Brief and guide production teams and coordinate the process of different types of assets production in order to support marketing campaigns

  • Monitor West consumer insights, competitors’ activities, new online and offline traffic sources in promotion of console games, constant seeking ways to find opportunities to raise brand awareness and acquire new players

  • Provide weekly reports and analysis to identify key highlights and issues of product promotion status; monitor performance of campaigns, and manage optimization

  • Build strong relationships across an existed console team to ensure achievement of business objectives as well as look for opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency

  • Develop and apply marketing best practices that will improve the customer experience

 

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field

  • 2+ years of relevant work experience in marketing in a role of associate marketing management, product management or marketing operations with a heavy focus on execution of customer acquisition, brand promotion campaigns

  • Understanding of digital marketing, including influencer marketing; familiarity of offline channels and promotion tool (PR, events, projects, etc)

  • Experience with building relationships across teams including business partners, external agencies, and vendors

  • Ability to analyse and optimize marketing campaigns in console gaming

  • Proven analytical and numerical aptitude and the ability to use customer research, data and metrics to assess the efficiency of marketing programs

  • Fluent English

  • Strong passion for console games

 

What additional skills will help you stand out?

  • Experience in working in console gaming industry

  • Experience working with industry tools and analytics packages including email, web analytics, CRM, and marketing automation platforms 

  • Business development background in channel marketing and/or partner marketing

  • Experience in working for international company with different cultures, including Russia

  • World of Tanks: Mercenaries, World of Warships player

  • Native English, intermediate Russian
