Key Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Bookkeeping transactions both internally and on behalf of clients.
  • Supporting the office with general Administration duties as and when necessary.
  • Assist with the preparation and process of accounting entries.
  • Reception duties including answering calls and meeting / greeting visitors.
  • Assist with monthly bank reconciliations.
  • Scanning and photocopying of any documents.
  • Assist with monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
  • Any ad-hoc duties as required.
Key Skills/Experience:
  • Ideally educated to degree level in Accounting/Finance or related field.
  • At least 1+ years of relevant experience within a similar position as a Bookkeeper / Administrator.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Fluency in Greek & English (Written & Spoken).
  • Excellent attention to detail with high accuracy.
  • Strong team player.
