In addition to over 20 standalone applications, our client produces a complete multimedia suite, which includes tools for video conversion, PC screen capturing, video editing and playback.

Since its establishment in 2004, our client has grown from a small startup run by three enthusiasts who produced and supported two products to an international business with over 200 employees and an expanding product range for PC and Mac sold in 150 countries. The company's head office is located in the USA.

Responsibilities: Key daily tasks include:

  • Troubleshooting software issues and pre-sale questions
  • answer a great variety of questions concerning our programs by e-mail, live chat and phone. (for escalating issues you would use Jira)
  • resolve program issues and escalating unresolved issues to the Development team.
  • interact with our Developers concerning program issues and new feature requests.

In order to qualify for this job, you would:

  • have advanced computer skills.
  • Have an excellent command in the English language both verbal & written
  • Enjoy chatting with and assisting people.
